Wellbeing and resilience coaching:
To support anyone with wellbeing or resilience challenges. I am also able to offer a questionnaire that helps identify your resilience strengths and challenges. For many of my clients, I offer a programme of approximately 4 sessions.
Maternity / Paternity coaching:
To support men and women navigating parenthood and work-life balance. This can help if you are experiencing a loss of self-identity or stress/burnout from work and parenting challenges. For many of my clients, I offer a programme of approximately 4 sessions.
Menopause coaching:
To help women learn natural strategies to support during times of hormonal change.
Workplace strengths-based coaching:
To support anyone with workplace challenges such as high workloads, poor work-life balance and high organisational change. I am able to offer strengths-based questionnaire (Strengthscope) to assist these coaching sessions. For many of my clients, I typically offer a programme of approximately 4 sessions.
