I offer business coaching to help you gain clarity, improve performance, and achieve your goals faster. Through tailored guidance, strategic planning, and accountability, you’ll develop the skills and confidence needed to move forward with purpose. I offer a number of types of coaching:
Manager / leader coaching
To focus on developing the skills needed to lead with confidence, communicate effectively, and inspire high-performing teams. Through personalised support and practical strategies, it helps leaders strengthen decision-making, manage challenges, and create a positive, productive work environment.
Strengths-based coaching:
To support anyone with workplace challenges such as high workloads, poor work-life balance and high organisational change. I am able to offer strengths-based questionnaire (Strengthscope) to assist these coaching sessions. For many of my clients, I typically offer a programme of approximately 4 sessions.
Maternity / paternity coaching:
To support men and women navigating parenthood and work-life balance. This can help if you are experiencing a loss of self-identity or stress/burnout from work and parenting challenges. For many of my clients, I offer a programme of approximately 4 sessions.
Menopause coaching:
To help women learn natural strategies to support during times of hormonal change and to find ways to navigate working life in a healthy and sustainable way.
