I am an experienced coach and yoga teacher. My mission is to help people reach their highest potential in their personal or professional lives.
In my coaching work, I like to create a supportive environment where clients can explore any challenges and find positive solutions. I particularly enjoy supporting women through coaching.
Yoga has played a significant role in my own health and wellbeing and I am keen to share this profound mind-body practice with others. I like to work with all age groups, ranging from young kids to older adults.
I enjoy living in rural Gloucestershire with my son and husband. In my spare time, you’ll find me hiking through woods or drinking hot chocolate in the lovely Cotswolds cafes!
